Who we are and what this covers
Revio Insight is a product of Revio Analytics, Inc. ("Revio," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we handle information collected on revioinsight.com (the "site").
It does not cover the Revio Insight platform itself. When banks and credit unions use our product, the data involved is processed under the agreements we sign with those institutions, with the safeguards described on our Security page and in our Trust Center.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a contact or demo request form, we collect what you provide: your name, work email address, company or institution, the reason for your message, and the message itself. Submitting a form is always optional.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, we and the service providers below automatically receive standard technical information: the pages you visit, the link that brought you here, the date and time of your visit, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about your browser and device. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and demo requests — a person reads every message.
- To schedule and prepare product demonstrations you ask for.
- To send you relevant follow-ups about Revio Insight. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor it.
- To measure, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can improve content and performance.
- To protect the site and our services, and to comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We keep the site's use of cookies small, and none of it involves third-party advertising networks.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect access metrics — page views, session information, approximate location, and device details. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as
_ga) to distinguish visitors. You can learn how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. - HubSpot. Our forms are delivered to HubSpot, our customer relationship platform. HubSpot may set cookies (such as
hubspotutk) that help us connect your form submission to your visit. HubSpot's handling of this data is described in the HubSpot Privacy Policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working without them.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that operate the site and our sales process on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (site hosting and delivery), Google (analytics), and HubSpot (forms and customer relationship management). Each processes information only to provide its service to us.
- Legal and safety recipients, if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Revio, our users, or others.
- A successor organization, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — we would continue to protect the information as described here and notify you of any material change.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, and we delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Aggregate analytics data is retained on the schedule configured in Google Analytics.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to HubSpot over encrypted connections. Access to submitted information inside Revio is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. You can read more about our broader security program — including our SOC 2 Type II report — on the Security page.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We extend the substance of these rights to everyone who contacts us through the site, regardless of location:
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or ask us directly.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us and tell us what you'd like — we'll verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
- Analytics: use the cookie controls and opt-out tools described above.
If you are a California resident, the rights above correspond to those in the CCPA/CPRA; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined there. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process the information described here to respond to your requests (performance of pre-contractual steps) and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children's privacy
The site is intended for professionals at financial institutions. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
The site is operated from the United States, and the information described in this policy is processed and stored in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice on the site.
How to contact us
Questions, concerns, or requests about privacy — including any of the rights described above — can be sent to us through the contact form. Privacy inquiries are routed to the people responsible for handling them, and we reply within one business day.
