Meeting Preparation · Deep Analysis

Two minutes to generate. Two minutes to read.

Revio Insight Deep Analysis turns a customer's accounts, 90 days of transactions, and detected opportunities into a strategic brief: one objective, talking points, questions to ask, and offers to present. Built for the RM with six meetings today.

The problem

Great prep loses to a full calendar

Everyone agrees RMs should walk in prepared. Then the day starts.

Prep is a scavenger hunt

Core screens, statements, a CRM tab, last year's spreadsheet. An hour per meeting — when there's an hour. Most days there isn't.

Unprepped meetings cost quietly

The held-away mortgage never comes up. The maturing CD gets no offer. Nothing breaks — the moment just passes, and the wallet share goes with it.

Prep quality depends on who's prepping

A 20-year veteran walks in with instincts. A second-year RM walks in with a balance printout. Your book deserves the same floor for everyone.

The brief

The whole picture. Zero fluff.

Deep Analysis doesn't recite the data you can already see — it connects the dots and tells you what to do about them.

Executive Summary

Two or three sentences on where the relationship stands, with a health badge: Strong, Stable, At Risk, or Critical.

Market Intelligence

Competitor threats on this customer and the cross-sell openings they imply — from observed payments, not guesswork.

Priority Actions

Ranked next steps with urgency attached: this week, this month, this quarter. A to-do list, not a term paper.

Retention Assessment

What's anchoring the relationship, what's eroding it, and how solid it really is underneath the balances.

Cash Flow Intelligence

90-day inflows, outflows, net position, and trend — the customer's real financial rhythm and its key patterns.

Meeting Preparation

The conversation plan: one objective, numbered talking points, questions to ask, offers to present.

The payoff
How it works

One click before the meeting

No setup, no template to fill. The customer card already has everything the analysis needs.

1

Open the customer, click Generate

Any customer on your book — commercial or consumer. Generation runs in the background; navigate away and come back.

2

The AI reads the verified record

Accounts and balances, 90 days of enriched transactions, detected opportunities, and competitor relationships — analyzed, not recited.

3

Review, meet, regenerate

The brief stays on the customer card with its generation date. New data landed overnight? Regenerate before the next meeting.

Generations draw on your bank's monthly AI allowance — viewing an existing brief is always free.

Or just ask

Meeting prep, wherever the question hits you

The Revio Insight Agent handles the same job conversationally — in Revio, in Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP server, or inside Creatio CRM.

Ships as a first-class prompt: "I have a meeting with… pull up the full profile and help me with talking points"

Profile, accounts, opportunities, and competitor relationships in one pass

Follow up naturally: "what should I not bring up?"

Over MCP, hosts route "prep me for my call with…" to the right tool automatically

R
Douglas Johnson — 7-year consumer relationship, 4 accounts, $312K in deposits.
Held-awayVolume
Mortgage payments (outside lender)$21,600/yr
Brokerage transfers$1,500/mo
Pitch: $210K has sat idle in checking for 60+ days — a money market or CD conversation is the natural opener, then the refinance.
Customer Profile

And when you need the whole file: one click, printable

Beyond the brief, every customer card generates a Customer Profile PDF — the complete relationship, formatted to print and bring along or leave with a colleague.

A brief that cites its sources

The analysis is AI-written, but the facts aren't AI-invented. The model works only from your verified record — and is instructed to connect dots, not repeat what the RM can already see.

Every recommendation must reference a specific data point
Competitors and amounts come from transaction enrichment — never invented
Financial behavior only — no lifestyle or personal judgments
Thin data degrades honestly: no transactions means no invented cash-flow story
Cash Flow Intelligence — 90 days
Inflows$842,000
Outflows$811,000
Net position+$31,000
Monthly trendStable
Key pattern: card settlements to an outside processor every Monday — $18K/week average. A merchant services conversation is overdue.

Where a brief begins

Meeting prep connects to the rest of the platform — start from wherever the meeting came from.

Frequently asked questions

Any customer on your book with at least one account — commercial or consumer. Prospects aren't supported: the analysis is built from observed transactions, and for a prospect there are none to observe yet.
Up to about two minutes, running in the background — you can navigate away and come back. The finished brief is written to be absorbed in under two minutes, and it's cached: re-opening it later is instant and free.
It uses accounts and balances, the last 90 days of enriched transactions, Revio-detected opportunities, and competitor relationships. It doesn't read CRM notes, email, or calendars — and it's instructed never to invent amounts or competitors.
Each brief shows its generation date and stays on the customer card until you regenerate it. If new files landed overnight, regenerate before the meeting for the current picture.
Deep Analysis is in beta and enabled per institution, with usage metered through a monthly AI allowance. We'll show you the current state honestly in the demo — including what's on the roadmap versus what ships today.
